MIAX Corporate Action Alert: AuRico Gold Inc. (AUQ)

AuRico Gold Inc. (AUQ) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Monday, July 6, 2015.  On that date, the current AUQ options class will change to AGI1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list AGI1 options. Therefore, no options on AUQ will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, July 6, 2015. The new AUQ options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 7, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in AUQ will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 2, 2015.
