MIAX Corporate Action Alert: NiSource Inc. (NI)

NiSource Inc. (NI) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Thursday, July 2, 2015.  On that date, the current NI options class will change to NI1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NI1 options. Therefore, no options on NI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, July 2, 2015. The new NI options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, July 6, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 1, 2015.
