MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Liberty Global plc Class A (LBTYA)
Liberty Global plc Class A (LBTYA) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Thursday, July 2, 2015. On that date, the current LBTYA options class will change to LBTA1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list LBTA1 options. Therefore, no options on LBTYA will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, July 2, 2015. The new LBTYA options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, July 6, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in LBTYA will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 1, 2015.
