MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Liberty Global plc Class C (LBTYK)
Liberty Global plc Class C (LBTYK) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Thursday, July 2, 2015. On that date, the current LBTYK options class will change to LBTK1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list LBTK1 options. Therefore, no options on LBTYK will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, July 2, 2015. The new LBTYK options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, July 6, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in LBTYK will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 1, 2015.
