MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Zogenix, Inc. (ZGNX)
Zogenix, Inc. (ZGNX) has announced a reverse split that will become effective at the market open on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. On that date, the current ZGNX options class will change to ZGNX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ZGNX1 options. Therefore, no options on ZGNX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Zogenix, Inc. (ZGNX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, July 2, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ZGNX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
