MIAX Corporate Action Alert: E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DD)
E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DD) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. On that date, the current DD options class will change to DD1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list DD1 options. Therefore, no options on DD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. The new DD options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, July 2, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in DD will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
