MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Baxter International Inc. (BAX)

Baxter International Inc. (BAX) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Wednesday, July 1, 2015.  On that date, the current BAX options class will change to BAX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BAX1 options. Therefore, no options on BAX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. The new BAX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, July 2, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BAX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
