MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Babcock & Wilcox Company (BWC) Distribution with Name and Symbol Change to BWX Technologies, Inc. (BWXT)
Babcock & Wilcox Company (BWC) will change its name to BWX Technologies, Inc., its trading symbol to (BWXT), and its CUSIP to 05605H100, effective for trading on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. The current BWC options class will change to BWXT1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BWXT1 options. Therefore, no options on BWXT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 1, 2015. The new BWXT options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, July 2, 2015.
NOTE: BWXT options will trade on Cloud 2 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BWC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
