MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Gannett Co., Inc. (GCI) Name and Symbol Change to TEGNA Inc. (TGNA)
Gannett Co., Inc. (GCI) will change its name to TEGNA Inc., its trading symbol to (TGNA), and its CUSIP to 87901J105, effective for trading on Monday, June 29, 2015. The current GCI options class will change to TGNA1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list TGNA1 options. Therefore, no options on TGNA will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on June 29, 2015. The new TGNA options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
NOTE: TGNA options will trade on Cloud 17 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GCI were canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 26, 2015.
