Zimmer Holdings, Inc.(ZMH) will change its name to Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc., its trading symbol to (ZBH), and its CUSIP to 98956P102, effective on Monday, June 29, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: ZBH options will trade on Cloud 21 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ZMH will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 26, 2015.
