MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Gannett Co., Inc. (GCI) Name and Symbol Change to TEGNA Inc. (TGNA)
Gannett Co., Inc. (GCI) will change its name to TEGNA Inc., its trading symbol to (TGNA), and its CUSIP to 87901J105, effective for trading on Monday, June 29, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: TGNA options will trade on Cloud 17 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GCI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 26, 2015.
