MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN)
Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Tuesday, June 16, 2015. MAIN options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MAIN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 15, 2015.
