MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Actavis plc (ACT) Name and Symbol Change to Allergan plc. (AGN)
Actavis plc (ACT) will change its name to Allergan plc., its trading symbol to (AGN), and its CUSIP to G0177J108, effective on Monday, June 15, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: AGN options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ACT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 12, 2015.
