MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Sears Holdings Corporation (SHLD)

Sears Holdings Corporation (SHLD) has announced a Rights distribution. The Rights distribution will become effective at the market open on Wednesday, June 10, 2015.  On that date, the current SHLD options class will change to SHLD2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SHLD2 options. Therefore, no options on SHLD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. The new SHLD options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, June 11, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SHLD will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 9, 2015.
