MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Intrexon Corporation (XON)
Intrexon Corporation (XON) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. On that date, the current XON options class will change to XON1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list XON1 options. Therefore, no options on XON will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. The new XON options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 10, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in XON will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 8, 2015
