MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Neostem, Inc. (NBS) Name and Symbol Change to Caladrius Biosciences, Inc. (CLBS)
Neostem, Inc. (NBS) will change its name to Caladrius Biosciences, Inc., its trading symbol to (CLBS), and its CUSIP to 128058104, effective for trading on Monday, June 8, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: CLBS options will trade on Cloud 3 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NBS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 5, 2015.
