MIAX Corporate Action Alert: PPL Corporation (PPL)
PPL Corporation (PPL) has declared a distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, June 2, 2015. On that date, the current PPL options class will change to PPL1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list PPL1 options. Therefore, no options on PPL will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on June 2, 2015. The new PPL options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 3, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in PPL will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 1, 2015
