MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Emerald Oil Inc. (EOX)

Emerald Oil Inc. (EOX) has announced a reverse split that will become effective at the market open on Thursday, May 21, 2015.  On that date, the current EOX options class will change to EOX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EOX1 options. Therefore, no options on EOX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, May 21, 2015.  Emerald Oil Inc. (EOX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, May 22, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EOX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 20, 2015.
