MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Real Goods Solar, Inc. (RGSE)
Real Goods Solar, Inc. (RGSE) has announced a reverse split that will become effective at the market open on Monday, May 18, 2015. On that date, the current RGSE options class will change to RGSE1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list RGSE1 options. Therefore, no options on RGSE will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, May 18, 2015. Real Goods Solar, Inc. (RGSE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 19, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in RGSE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 15, 2015.
