Updated MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (CX)
Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (CX) has announced a 4% cash dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business for today.
The current CX options class will change to CX2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CX2 options. Therefore, no options on CX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 28, 2015. The new CX options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 29, 2015.
