MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Home Loan Servicing Solutions, Ltd.(HLSS)
Home Loan Servicing Solutions, Ltd.(HLSS) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, April 28, 2015. On that date, the current HLSS options class will change to HLSS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list HLSS1 options. Therefore, no options on HLSS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 28, 2015. The new HLSS options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 29, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HLSS will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 27, 2015.
