Coronado Biosciences, Inc. (CNDO) will change its name to Fortress Biotech, Inc., its trading symbol to (FBIO), and its CUSIP to 34960Q109, effective for trading on Tuesday, April 28, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: FBIO options will trade on Cloud 6 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CNDO will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 27, 2015.
