MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Windstream Holdings, Inc. (WIN)

Windstream Holdings, Inc. (WIN) has announced a reverse split and distribution that will become effective at the market open on Monday, April 27, 2015.  On that date, the current WIN options class will change to WIN1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list WIN1 options. Therefore, no options on WIN will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, April 27, 2015.  Windstream Holdings, Inc. (WIN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 28, 2015.
 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in WIN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 24, 2015.
