MIAX Corporate Action Alert: GenCorp Inc. (GY) Name and Symbol Change to Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. (AJRD)

GenCorp Inc. (GY) will change its name to Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc., its trading symbol to (AJRD), and its CUSIP to 007800105, effective for trading on Monday, April 27, 2015.

Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.  

NOTE: AJRD options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GY will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 24, 2015.

Additional details about the GenCorp Inc. name, symbol, and CUSIP change are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
