MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Telefonica, S.A. (TEF)
Telefonica, S.A. (TEF) has announced a special cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Thursday, April 16, 2015. TEF options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TEF were canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, April 15, 2015.
