MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RCPI)
Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RCPI) has announced a reverse split that will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. On that date, the current RCPI options class will change to RCPI1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list RCPI1 options. Therefore, no options on RCPI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RCPI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 15, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in RCPI will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 13, 2015.
