MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Chimera Investment Corporation (CIM)

Chimera Investment Corporation (CIM) has announced a reverse split that will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, April 7, 2015.  On that date, the current CIM options class will change to CIM1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CIM1 options. Therefore, no options on CIM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 7, 2015.  Chimera Investment Corporation (CIM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 8, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CIM will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 6, 2015.
