MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Tata Motors Limited (TTM)

Tata Motors Limited (TTM) has announced a Rights distribution that will become effective at the market open on Thursday, April 2, 2015.  On that date, the current TTM options class will change to TTM1.  The MIAX Options Exchange will not list TTM1 options.  Therefore, no options on Tata Motors Limited will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, April 2, 2015.  The new TTM options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, April 6, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TTM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
