MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Knightsbridge Shipping Limited (VLCCF) Name and Symbol Change to Golden Ocean Group Limited (GOGL)
Knightsbridge Shipping Limited (VLCCF) will change its name to Golden Ocean Group Limited, its trading symbol to (GOGL), and its CUSIP to G39637106, effective for trading on Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: GOGL options will trade on Cloud 7 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in VLCCF will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 31, 2015.
