MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD)

Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Friday, March 27, 2015.  On that date, the current BBD options class will change to BBD1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BBD1 options. Therefore, no options on BBD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, March 27, 2015. The new BBD options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, March 30, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BBD will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 26, 2015.
