MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Magna International Inc. (MGA)
Magna International Inc. (MGA) has announced a 2 for 1 stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Thursday, March 26, 2015. MGA options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MGA will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 25, 2015.
