MIAX Corporate Action Alert: American Superconductor Corporation (AMSC)

American Superconductor Corporation (AMSC) has announced a reverse split that will become effective at the market open on Wednesday, March 25, 2015.  On that date, the current AMSC options class will change to AMSC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list AMSC1 options. Therefore, no options on AMSC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 25, 2015.  American Superconductor Corporation (AMSC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, March 26, 2015.
 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in AMSC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
