MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Gramercy Property Trust Inc. (GPT)
Gramercy Property Trust Inc. (GPT) has announced a reverse stock split. The split will become effective at the market open on Monday, March 23, 2015. On that date, the current GPT options class will change to GPT1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list GPT1 options. Therefore, no options on GPT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, March 23, 2015. The new GPT options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GPT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 20, 2015.
