MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (APL)

Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (APL) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective prior to the opening of business on Monday, March 2, 2015.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in APL will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 27, 2015.

Details about the Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (APL) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
