King Digital Entertainment plc (KING) has announced a special cash dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Monday, March 2, 2015. KING options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in KING will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 27, 2015.
