MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NPSP)

NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NPSP) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective prior to the opening of business on Tuesday, February 24, 2015.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in NPSP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 23, 2015.

Details about the NPS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NPSP) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
