MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Centene Corporation (CNC)
Centene Corporation (CNC) has announced a 2 for 1 stock split. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Friday, February 20, 2015. CNC options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CNC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 19, 2015.
