MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Digital River, Inc. (DRIV)
Digital River, Inc. (DRIV) will be delisted from the MIAX Options Exchange effective prior to the opening of business on Friday, February 13, 2015.
All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in DRIV will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 12, 2015.
Details about the Digital River, Inc. (DRIV) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
