U.S. Options

Alliant Techsystems Inc. (ATK) has announced a distribution, name and symbol change that will become effective at the market open on Tuesday, February 10, 2015.  On that date, the current ATK options class will change to OA1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list OA1 options. Therefore, no options on ATK will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, February 10, 2015.  Alliant Techsystems Inc. (ATK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 under the new name and symbol of Orbital ATK, Inc. (OA).

NOTE: OA options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ATK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 9, 2015.
