MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Safeway Inc. (SWY)

Safeway Inc. (SWY) will be delisted from the MIAX Options Exchange effective prior to the opening of business on Monday, February 2, 2015.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in SWY will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 30, 2015.

Details about the Safeway Inc. (SWY) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
