MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Sonus Networks, Inc. (SONS)
Sonus Networks, Inc. (SONS) has announced a reverse stock split. The split will become effective at the market open on Friday, January 30, 2015. On that date, the current SONS options class will change to SONS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SONS1 options. Therefore, no options on SONS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, January 30, 2015. The new SONS options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, February 2, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SONS will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 29, 2015.
