MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Pilgrim's Pride Corporation (PPC)

Pilgrim's Pride Corporation (PPC) has announced a cash distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Wednesday, January 28, 2015.  On that date, the current PPC options class will change to PPC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list PPC1 options. Therefore, no options on PPC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, January 28, 2015. The new PPC options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, January 29, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in PPC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 27, 2015.
