MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CBST)

Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CBST) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective prior to the opening of business on Thursday, January 22, 2015.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in CBST will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 21, 2015.

Details about the Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CBST) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
