MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Mandalay Digital Group, Inc. (MNDL) Name and Symbol Change to Digital Turbine, Inc. (APPS)
Mandalay Digital Group, Inc. (MNDL) will change its name to Digital Turbine, Inc., its trading symbol to (APPS), and its CUSIP to 25400W102, effective for trading on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: APPS options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MNDL will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 16, 2015.
