MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Vornado Realty Trust (VNO)

Vornado Realty Trust (VNO) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective at the market open on Friday, January 16, 2015.  On that date, the current VNO options class will change to VNO1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list VNO1 options. Therefore, no options on VNO will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, January 16, 2015. The new VNO options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in VNO will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 15, 2015.
