MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (ROC)

Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (ROC) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective prior to the opening of business on Tuesday, January 13, 2015.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in ROC will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, January 12, 2015.

Details about the Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (ROC) completed merger are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
