MIAX Corporate Action Alert: TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (TQNT)
TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (TQNT) has announced a contract adjustment. The adjustment will become effective at the market open on Friday, January 2, 2015. On that date, the current TQNT options class will change to QRVO1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list QRVO1 options. Therefore, no options on TQNT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange.
The MIAX Options Exchange anticipates listing the new QRVO options on Monday, January 5, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in TQNT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 31, 2014.
