MIAX Corporate Action Alert: RF Micro Devices, Inc. (RFMD)
RF Micro Devices, Inc. (RFMD) has announced a contract adjustment. The adjustment will become effective at the market open on Friday, January 2, 2015. On that date, the current RFMD options class will change to QRVO2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list QRVO2 options. Therefore, no options on RFMD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange.
The MIAX Options Exchange anticipates listing the new QRVO options on Monday, January 5, 2015.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in RFMD will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 31, 2014.
