MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Walgreen Co. (WAG) Name and Symbol Change to Walgreens Boot Alliance, Inc. (WBA)
Walgreen Co. (WAG) will change its name to Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., its trading symbol to (WBA), its CUSIP to 931427108, and its primary equity market to NASDAQ, effective for trading on Wednesday, December 31, 2014.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: WBA options will trade on Cloud 19 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in WAG will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 30, 2014.
