MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Franklin Resources Inc. (BEN)

Franklin Resources Inc. (BEN) has announced a special cash dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective at the opening of business on Monday, December 29, 2014. BEN options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BEN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 26, 2014.
